Why was I charged more than expected?

There are a few reasons your charge might be higher than expected:

  • Taxes: depending on where you live, local taxes may be added on top of the subscription price.
  • Fees: in some countries, card issuers add a fee for cross-border transactions, and some apply their own exchange rate even though we charge in local currency.
  • Plan change: if you switched to a higher WorldStream plan, your invoice reflects the higher plan price.

If something still doesn't look right, email support@worldstream.tv with your account email and the transaction date and amount, and we'll take a look.
