How do I update my payment method?

Sign in to your account at worldstream.tv with your email and password. From there you can view your invoices and update your credit or debit card details.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, your payment method is managed in that app store rather than at worldstream.tv.

If a payment fails (for example because of insufficient funds or an expired card), the system retries the charge over the following days and emails you each time. Update your payment details to get back on track, and contact support@worldstream.tv if you need help.
