Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use. It explains when refunds are and are not available for WorldStream subscriptions. WorldStream is operated by World Stream Pty Ltd, 35–37 Melville Road, Brunswick West, VIC 3055, Australia.

Subscriptions are non-refundable

To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or for periods during which you did not watch. When you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then, rather than receiving a pro-rata refund.

Free trial

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Once the trial ends, your selected plan is charged automatically. Cancel at any time during the trial from your account at play.worldstream.tv to avoid being charged.

Exceptions we consider

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We will generally issue a refund where, for example: a charge was taken after you had already cancelled; you were charged twice for the same period (a duplicate charge); or a sustained technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for an extended period.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our support form with your account email, the transaction date and amount, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond promptly.

Purchases made through app stores

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases are governed by that store's refund policy and must be requested directly from Apple or Google — we are unable to refund app-store purchases on their behalf.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws, which cannot be excluded.
