If a channel shows a black or blank screen, it usually means the programme scheduled for that time has been withheld by the broadcaster because the rights aren't available for your region. This happens from time to time, particularly for sporting events where the rights aren't held for broadcast in your country.
Channel line-ups are licensed per country, so what's available can differ from one region to another.
