I can see the picture but there's no sound

If the video plays but there's no sound, the issue is almost always at the device or TV level rather than the stream.

  1. Check the device isn't muted and the volume is up. On some TVs the remote volume and the app volume are separate.
  2. If you use an external speaker, soundbar or receiver, confirm the correct input is selected and turned up.
  3. Switch to a different channel to see whether it affects one stream or all of them.
  4. Fully close the WorldStream app and reopen it, then restart the device.

If sound works in other apps (like YouTube) but not WorldStream, reinstall the WorldStream app. If only one channel is affected on every device, email support@worldstream.tv with the channel name and device.
